Moving South has had an interesting impact on my mood. The time I used to spent underground next to sweaty athletes, posh bankers and screaming babies, I now get to spend above the surface with views along the thames. Thus, I have developed a strong appreciation for London's buses and bridges. Although, at peak times it can be a true challenge to get home, it has at the same time greatly encouraged my creativity and patience. Style also requires both of these qualities as it is something, which constantly evolves and is shaped by our surroundings. Recently, I have gotten into the habit of wearing jeans and trainers all day everyday - mainly for practical reasons, but also due to a general lack of inspiration. So how to overcome this period of creative laziness? I decided to take a strategic approach, put on the colours I feel most comfortable in and exchanged those nikes for a pair of elegant heels - et voilà, fashion swagger regained!
Talking about style, Style. Is is still for sale in our online store - make sure you get a copy while it's still in stock!
I'm wearing a Monki skirt and bag, a vintage dress purchased at a Brooklyn flee market (worn as a top), heels by Kurt Geiger.
Special thanks to my fabulous photographer Lisa!
